Anyone Up For Midweek MOA Meets?

Hey all, just curious. Would anyone be interested in meeting at Mall Of America on maybe a Wednesday or something? Out of suit, unless we go somewhere close by. I would just ride the light rail there, so possibly meeting at a restaurant on that route is on the table too. Thanks! If we get a few people, an actual date can be scheduled.
