– FINAL REMINDERS + MORE –

 

Hey there, Events fox here!  It’s the start of the last couple of days of December.  After New Years is over the Holiday Party will be around the corner.  Below are some final reminders for everyone to go over.  If any questions come up, feel free to post here and ask away!

 

– The party is this Saturday which is January 4 and starts at 2:00 and ends around 8:00.

– There will be some of us doing public ice skating in the outdoor oval rink and that runs from 1:00 – 3:00 (another round starts at 7:30 and goes to 9:30).

– Remember to review the food & beverage thread created right here.

– There will be a fun holiday photo shoot put on by our Photography Department.

– Remember, we have a schedule right here for everyone to review.

– Some may be driving past you on the way to the party.  Take a look at the ride & share thread right here.

– The party has the traditional and fun gift exchange game.  Remember to take a look at how to play right here.

– Volunteers are still needed for pre-setup and post tear-down.  For pre-setup be sure to arrive 25-30 minutes early and for post tear-down please arrange to stay after 8:00 to assist (I will have sign-in sheets for volunteers to review and fill out)

 

– BADGES –

 

Badges badges yes, we have badges!  There will be two collectible badges available at the information desk during the party (cash + card)

– $15 for one

– $25 for both

– RAFFLE –

 

Also available is a cool canvas print of the party artwork.  This is going to be given away in a raffle during the fun gift exchange.  Are you interested in possibly winning this canvas?  Please visit the information desk during the party for all the details.

Today is the day!  Safe travels to everyone coming out to the Holiday Party this afternoon, whether it’s a short or long distance of travel.  I will be on site between 12:30-1:00 and will be going back and forth between the outdoor oval ice rink and our reserved rooms.
