I see that you RSVP’d so you did this correctly.  When we check people in on Sunday this is the name (Droo) you will provide to us.

– RSVP SYSTEM CLOSES TONIGHT –

 

Sorry for the sudden quick update, but the RSVP system is closing tonight due to our capped limit coming close.  I can take about 10-15 more RSVP’s, but I am going to ask that for those still unsure on being able to attend, hold off till our next Oval meet please.

When you check in with us at the Oval, please follow the below steps!

 

– Provide me with your name as it appears here on the forums.  This is your name below your avatar (or profile picture)…For example, on here my name is Drake M.  Do NOT give me another name other than the one listed here as it will not be on my downloaded RSVP list to check you off.

– Provide me with information on bringing a +1 or more with you if you specified this in a forum post

– You will be handed a blue ticket and this is your pass for getting back in if you need to leave and come back later

Is it too late to RSVP? I’m still working with my family to get a ride, so I didn’t know if I’d be busy or not. I’d also be there around 4-4:30 (I have to share a ride since my vehicle’s tires are shot). I’d be going as well as a plus 1. So sorry for the inconvenience!!!
