Winter Party

 

Okay, this post is the final one regarding the party coming up on the 26th.  With a big group at a new event, rules and guidelines are a necessity of course.  So to shorten the post on this, please read them at the link below:

Now the second part of this is more or less a Q&A part with a few notes from myself-

*  We do have a stage.  The only thing I’m planning so far for this is for a ‘Who’s Line Is It Anyway’ thing for all to enjoy.  Also, for anyone that wishes, bring props!  And if anyone has any ideas for other uses of the stage, please feel free to contact me! 😀

*Tek is willing to help with setting up a change station for fursuiters.  If anyone would like to help with this, feel free to do so.  Also, the same thing with a photo station for those that want to do picture poses.  Again, props are welcome!

*Feel free to bring games and such!  Anything large scale might need a bit more planning, but there are tables.  They make for a good place to eat and play.

*Wanna do art as well?  Bring stuff to do art!  😀

Are you planning to do anything for a dance still?

Actually did not get anything specifically planned for that. However, there will be unused stage and music playing available so this would be a great addition! If people are interested maybe do an open dance thing. If I remember correctly the stage will be large enough for that. Feel free to contact me if you want to go into more detail about it. 😀

Well I was asking more about just general dancing – I remember you had mentioned it in earlier threads so I was just curious 🙂

Ah, in that case, general answer is a yes. XD Music will be playing (thanks to Wulf Siege) and threw will be floor/stage space. ^^

Zen, I conversed with Wulf Siege about the slide show of pictures…

He is planning on bringing a few systems with him and I can put an SD card in one of them to project.

In the meantime, no new updates from him so let me know if anything else comes up.

One quick inquiry…Start time of the party is 5:00 correct?

This brings up a good point – Zen, you might consider doing a quick recap in the first post about exactly when and where the party is for those who may not have seen the others, with a link to previous topics if needed.
