Petco Fundraiser

Wish I could go, in Detroit Lakes ’till late Monday evening.

 

I am going to make the suggestion again that for the weekend of December 7, that it get moved to Sunday versus Saturday…Comm Forum Meeting is from 3:00 – 5:00 Saturday, so this could be a conflict with some…If you decide to keep it that Saturday, then I will not be attending due to needing rest from the Holiday Party Friday evening.

Well Drake I have no problems moving that date if enough people would rather do the 8th instead but i do need to know from everyone if they would be willing to go on Sunday this week for the fundraising or not.

 

Depending on my health I might not be able to attend but Shadow could run things on Sunday since she won’t be working it.  (Such fun when you have a sick parent after you get back from a con.  *Growls*  they just have to share the bronchitis with you.  )

Ok I am looking to move the PEtco fundraiser from Nov 30th this week to Dec 1st, who all can make that one?

 

Also due to people making a few “Complaints” and no one actually getting back to me about it I am looking to move the date for the second week for the fundraiser to Dec 8th.

 

Unless weather doesn’t permit I am still planning the remaining 2 weekends to be Saturdays.  I need to know who all can make these days so I know how many to expect.

I’d second what Drake noted. Sunday the 8th works better for me too; but this is ultimately your event. I just know that in the past when two events happen at the same time, especially those that cater to some of the regulars, one of them is going to take a hit in attendance.

Yarrick if you read my last post I already said I am looking to move that one to Dec 8th to avoid conflicts.  🙂

 

But I still need to know who is coming up for this weekend Dec 1st so i can tell them if we are or are not coming to fundraise outside the building this weekend, please get in touch with me.  🙂

Uni, quick question…For the days I am there, are you okay if I suit for half and then do photography the second half?  At events I like to get in some good time for pictures.  =)

As a reminder, I plan to attend all Petco weekends except for the upcoming one.

there shouldn’t be any problem with you doing a half suiting situation and then doing photos for the second half of the event if you wish to there Drake.  🙂

 

Reminder, the fundraiser is not happening today (Nov 30th) But will be happening tomorrow (Dec 1st) if people are willing to come out for the 11am-4pm shift that we normally do. then we can talk about where people might want to eat after or maybe even during the event?  I am still fighting sickness here so I am hoping all of this will clear up so I can be out there with all of you guys that decide to come.

 

Tali, just let me know which days you want to come out and volunteer for the event, if needed I can get you the address of the petco we will be at if you don’t have that information already.

*Looks through the pages on the thread here*  Hmmm, well looks like no one is signed up to come out to do the fundraiser for today Dec 1st so I would say then the event is cancelled for today but I do have people signed up for the next 3 weekends, looking forward to seeing everyone out there and I hope we pull in a good amount of money for the rescue groups like we did in times past!  🙂

 

Anyone else who still wants to be part of the next 3 weekends for the fundraiser is welcome to place their Mark here and i will get you on my running list.  🙂

Ok Tali the remaining dates for the fundraiser for Petco are Dec8, 14 and 21st we start at 11am and the shift should end at 4pm unless weather changes things.  🙂   Dec 8th is a Sunday the 14 and the 21 are Saturdays, so unless the weather gets nasty for the 14th and 21st they will remain as Saturdays. 🙂

I think we *might* make it tomorrow. The 14th is certainly out and I can’t speak for the 21st yet.
